Golf is played on a special area called a Golf Course, each of which features a unique design, although courses typically consist of either nine or 18 holes. Courses can be private or public. Golf is one of the few ball games that do not require a standardized playing area. Players should not assume that the course is in shape to play at all times. Players may be embarrassed if they find the course temporarily under repair.
Playing golf you have to account for wind direction, golf course set-up, the pace of the greens, the lie you have in the fairway, how much mud is on your ball, the stance you're taking, the angle to the flag, break, sand, water, noise, and most of all, nerves. Golf is an equal game because of the handicap system.

Golf is a game of going forward. You must constantly learn, reach, challenge and compete in order to be successful at the highest level. Golfers need to realize the physical aspect of the golf swing. To produce power, club head speed and distance, your golf muscles need to be both strong and flexible specific to your swing. Golfers play with injuries including lower back, hips, wrists, elbows, shoulders and even knees most of the time. I thought golf was a leisure game? Golf practice can only help your game if your body is able to do what you ask of it on the range.
